Our Team

Two disciplines,
one practice

Psychiatry and psychology work side by side here. A psychiatrist is a medical specialist who diagnoses mental health conditions and can prescribe and manage medication. A psychologist provides structured talking therapy. Many people benefit from one; some see both. Your GP can help you choose where to start.

Your path to
feeling better

A structured, patient-centred approach across psychiatry and psychology.

  1. GP Referral

Start with your GP: a referral to see the psychiatrist, or a Mental Health Treatment Plan to see the psychologist. Both enable Medicare rebates.

  2. Initial Assessment

A thorough assessment with your psychiatrist or psychologist to understand your history, current concerns, and goals.

  3. Treatment Plan

Together, we develop a personalised plan: talking therapy, medication, or both, alongside practical strategies for daily life.

  4. Ongoing Support

Regular follow-ups to monitor progress, adjust treatment, and support your long-term wellbeing.
